I’m excited to share that our next book club meeting in October will feature a special guest speaker, Elena Padurariu, a psychotherapist and dear friend, who will help us explore the topic of trauma from her work perspective.

About Elena:
Systemic Family Therapy is the foundation of her psychotherapeutic approach. She has her own private praxis since 2014 and she draws on more than 10 years of experience with depression, anxiety, past traumatic events.
We’ll start with our usual discussion from 18:00 to 19:00 followed by Elena’s insights on the book and her best practices for overcoming various challenges that they life brings.
